• Registration submission may be done by the following methods ;
- Online Registration
- Registration by fax

• Registration fee includes participation to the scientific programme, book of abstracts, welcome reception and refreshments to be served during the symposium scientific programme.

• Please note that the day of payment is decisive for the registration fee and the payment is needed to be completed by 19 July 2010 for the participants who will benefit from early bird fees.

• Registration as a student requires a proof of status send by e-mail (yeliz.kazanci@dekon.com.tr) or by fax (+90 212 347 63 63) to DEKON CONGRESS & TOURISM to the attention of registration department.

• Cancellation Policy
Any registration cancellation submitted after 19 July 2010 is considered final. The organizing committee will review requests for reimbursement. All reimbursements will be made after the symposium.

PAYMENT DETAILS
• Payment for registration should be made in Euro by the following methods ;

• By Bank Transfer :

- Bank charges are at the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to the registration fees.
- All wire transfers should indicate the following information : Name of sender, date of wire transfer, amount of wire transfer & explanation and receipts are needed to be sent by e-mail (yeliz.kazanci@dekon.com.tr) or by fax (+90 212 347 63 63) to DEKON CONGRESS & TOURISM to the attention of registration department.

• By Credit Card :
- Only visa and master card is available and accepted.
- Payment with credit card may be completed with the following methods ;
